Intro

The 🔗 Park of Nations is a modern district of Lisbon, developed on the grounds of the former EXPO’98, sure to delight children and adults alike. We begin our tour at the Oriente metro station, where it’s worth pausing to admire the beautiful azulejos. This station connects with the modern train station and Vasco da Gama shopping center, through which we head towards the Tagus River.

We start our walk from the waterfront, passing the impressive Lynx Statue. If possible, we take the outer footbridge; otherwise, we walk along the shore to the Oceanarium. After exploring the fascinating world of marine creatures, we head to the southern station of the Telecabine cable car, which takes us to the northern station.

Here, we get off to stroll through the park, have a coffee, and relax. Then, we return by cable car to the vicinity of the Oceanarium. Passing through the Water Garden, we reach the Pavilion of Knowledge, which is sure to captivate children. After visiting the Pavilion, we walk back to the Oriente metro station, ending our adventure in the Park of Nations.
