From Parliament to Museums: A Cultural Walk Through Madrid

Intro

We begin this walk with a fascinating visit to the lower house of the Spanish Parliament, the Congress of Deputies. If we manage to secure a reservation, we’ll have the opportunity to admire its interior. Next, we’ll head down the street to immerse ourselves in the stunning art collection of Count Thyssen-Bornemisza, displayed in the museum that bears his name. Leaving the museum before noon, we’ll have an extraordinary experience – hearing the carillon’s chimes and watching its figurines move to the rhythm as they emerge from the Plus Ultra building. To end the day, we’ll visit the impressive Prado Museum, where one can spend several hours indulging in masterpieces of art. This is where our eventful walk will conclude.
